He takes pride in the quality of his work, knowing that details matter and that effort makes the difference between good and great. He also understands the importance of having a good team and values clear communication toward a common goal, ensuring every task is completed with success.
When he’s not working, Phillip enjoys being outdoors—whether it’s fishing or spending time on the water. His Christian faith is also a cornerstone of his life and he regularly attends church in Gallatin.
With a background in real estate, Phillip understands firsthand the importance of a home looking its very best. That perspective fuels his passion for helping people take care of their properties and create spaces they can be proud of.

Originally from Water Mill, New York, Elizabeth has made the Nashville area her home for the past six years, where she has embraced the community and developed a deep appreciation for the southern lifestyle.
Alongside her leadership at Covenant Painting Services, Elizabeth runs a thriving swim instruction business, where she has helped countless children and adults build confidence and lifesaving skills in the water. Her passion for teaching—especially working with kids—reflects her natural ability to connect with others and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Chief Happiness Officer
Every great painting crew needs a boss, and at Covenant Painting Services, it’s Channing. She may not know a paintbrush from a chew toy, but she runs a tight ship when it comes to the really important stuff—like making sure nobody skips snack time.
Her daily duties include:
🐶 Supervising lunch breaks (with those big puppy-dog eyes).
