When he’s not working, Phillip enjoys being outdoors—whether it’s fishing or spending time on the water. His Christian faith is also a cornerstone of his life and he regularly attends church in Gallatin.
With a background in real estate, Phillip understands firsthand the importance of a home looking its very best. That perspective fuels his passion for helping people take care of their properties and create spaces they can be proud of.

Originally from Water Mill, New York, Elizabeth has made the Nashville area her home for the past six years, where she has embraced the community and developed a deep appreciation for the southern lifestyle.
Alongside her leadership at Covenant Painting Services, Elizabeth runs a thriving swim instruction business, where she has helped countless children and adults build confidence and lifesaving skills in the water. Her passion for teaching—especially working with kids—reflects her natural ability to connect with others and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Outside of work, Arturo enjoys fishing and taking well-earned vacations, often returning to visit his beloved homeland of El Salvador. He is also an active member of his local church in the greater Nashville area, where his strong values guide both his life and his work.

Sandra brings over 12 years of professional painting experience, with roots in her homeland of El Salvador. She has developed a true specialty in prep and trim work, understanding that much of a beautiful paint finish begins long before the first coat is applied.
Working side by side with Arturo, Sandra has built a strong and balanced partnership that ensures every project—whether residential or commercial—ends with an exceptional result. She also plays a key role in pressure washing exteriors, preparing surfaces so that paint adheres properly and lasts longer. Sandra takes pride in helping her fellow painters stay prepared and set up for success, knowing that teamwork is essential to achieving a flawless outcome.
Outside of painting, Sandra enjoys cooking authentic dishes inspired by her Salvadoran heritage and attending church in the local area. Her warmth, dedication, and faith shine through both in her work and in her daily life.

Channing
Chief Happiness Officer
Every great painting crew needs a boss, and at Covenant Painting Services, it’s Channing. She may not know a paintbrush from a chew toy, but she runs a tight ship when it comes to the really important stuff—like making sure nobody skips snack time.
Her daily duties include:
🐶 Supervising lunch breaks (with those big puppy-dog eyes).
🐾 Collecting belly rubs
🍗 Taste-testing anything that accidentally hits the floor.
